We have introduced a new value for the β€œAction” element, which allows you to change the deal status for your contacts as they progress through your flow.

Here’s how you can automatically update a deal stage in your CRM system:

  • choose a flow;
  • specify the initial and the new deal status.

For instance, let’s say you’ve created a flow triggered by an abandoned cart. If your customer completes a purchase after receiving your reminder, you can update their deal status and move them to the next stage of your sales pipeline.

You can now improve the efficiency of your automated flows by monitoring your students' actions and using them as triggers. It will allow you to automate a wider range of routine tasks for your online course flow.

The following triggers are now available:

  • adding a student;
  • receiving a student’s payment;
  • granting a course certificate;
  • course completion.
