Change deal statuses in chatbot flows

We have previously talked about how you can create a new deal in our chatbot builder using the β€œAction” element. From now on, you can also edit previously created deals.

This option will help change any deal’s status in your CRM when a specific action is performed, for instance, when creating a request that a manager must approve.

Important note: You can only edit a deal within the same chatbot flow.

Create welcome messages for Viber chatbots

Craft welcome messages for your chatbots to introduce their benefits and features and engage potential subscribers.

You can find your welcome message in the chat window above the β€œStart” button. It’s visible to all users before they start interacting with your chatbot.

Here’s how you can add a welcome message to your chatbot:

Select a bot in the β€œChatbots” tab.

Go to the β€œBot settings” tab and select the β€œShow welcome message” checkbox.

Customize your welcome message text and save the changes.
