To convert your chatbot subscribers’ voice messages into written text, you need to do the following:

• integrate with OpenAI;
• turn on the "Whisper: Speech Recognition for Voice Messages" toggle.

Once you configure the settings, your subscribers’ voice message transcription will be displayed at the bottom of their message. What’s more, you can use ChatGPT to generate text replies automatically!
