"As we move along with our new features, we keep improving the existing functionality of our online course builder, too! Today we will overhaul four updates that were inspired by user requests β€” lesson and test completion analytics, the long awaited course history, new CRM deals upon payment, and post-payment redirect links!"

Lesson and test completion analytics

Lesson and test completion analytics

We have expanded the possibilities of our student activity tracking features! In the "Analytics" tab, you can now track students’ progress with each lesson and test.

The following indicators are available in the "Lessons" tab:

  • Started: this indicator displays the number of students who started the lesson but did not finish it.
  • Completed: this indicator displays the number of students who marked the lesson as completed.

Click a lesson name to see your list of students who have taken or viewed the lesson.

The "Tests" tab displays the number of students who started, passed, or failed your tests.

Course history

Course history

Course history allows you to view all the recent course events and easily track your course program changes and student progress.

Here is what your course history includes:

  • event date;
  • the instructor who made the changes;
  • event type (payment, lesson updated or added, etc.);
  • links to relevant data.

Important: Course history stores events that occurred after 2023-05-15 β€” the date when this feature was released.To view your course history, select a course and go to the "History" tab.

CRM deals upon course payments

CRM deals can now be automatically created regardless of where payments took place β€” be it your landing page or a student account.

Once you enable this option, select a pipeline and a deal name. Your deal name can include your course name, payment date and time, and a student’s first and last name.

Post-payment redirect link

By default, after making a payment, your students will be redirected to http://coursedomain.com/courses. As of now, you can manually add a redirect link in your course payment settings. Specify a shared link for all payment methods or a separate one for each.

If you specify both link types, students will be redirected to your individual payment method link.
