New pricing plans on web push notifications

As of September 16, web push notifications in SendPulse become a paid feature. We've decided to take this step to be able to maintain our web push service at a decent level and keep on developing it. This email will shed some light on the questions you may have.

Can I still send web push notifications for free?

If your database counts less than 10,000 subscribers, you will still be able to send web push notifications for free. Same as before, there will be some restrictions for users of free web push service:

  • default company’s branding on sign-up forms,
  • no access to API,
  • no support by phone.

There are also limitations that have been added recently: free plan will no longer include segmentation, A/B testing, and integration with Automation 360 for trigger campaigns.

I have 10,000+ subscribers. How much will I pay for web pushes?

You'll have the opportunity to switch to the corresponding paid plan based on the size of your database.
