Extended features of SendPulse chatbot

Now you can organize conversational logic of your chatbot and use it to communicate with the followers of your public Facebook page.

What can the upgraded chatbot from SendPulse do?

• send a welcome message right after subscription;
• respond to followers depending on the keywords they use in their messages;
• send messages based on the followers’ actions in the message — clicks on the links or buttons.

Chatbot visual editor for creating message flows

We have added a chatbot flow editor. Now you can create series of messages that will be automatically sent to your subscribers based on their actions or messages in the chat. Such series can consist of the following blocks:

• Message
• Flow
• Action
• Pause

You can complement these blocks with buttons, quick answers, images, product carts, delayed responses, and other elements.

Statistics of the chatbot flows

To know the number of users who opened your messages and followed the links in them, you can now check the “Statistics” tab.
