Acre Works Casting Yard: April 26, 2018, 08:30 – 12:00  This casting facility, located about 22km from downtown KL, has to-date cast an estimated 8,343 nos. of segments for Segmental Box Girders (SBG) for projects such as LRT2, MRT1, and several highways. These include 24 Balanced Cantilever Crossings (BC) of spans up to 95m. The current production includes the supply in excess of 7,500 nos. of SBGs for MRT2 and the DASH Highway. | | Structural Engineering International, February 2018  This was the first issue to be published by Taylor and Francis (T&F). SEI February 2018 was printed and distributed by T&F to all Members and Subscribers and the journal is already available online on their website. From Jan-March´18 transition took place with Laserwords SPi (copyeditor and typesetter, India), AVD (printer, Switzerland) and Ingenta (Online Hosting, UK). SEI May issue (topic: France) will be entirely edited, typeset, printed and distributed by T&F. This issue is currently under production. IABSE Members can download SEI online from the IABSE Members Area.
